The people behind Key Innovation have spent years inside real products: healthcare, operations, payments, and the systems real teams depend on every day. We have watched good ideas die in bad handovers, and we have seen what separates software that ships from software that works.
So we built a studio around the things that actually matter: honest scope, clean build, and accountability after launch.
